I don't watch football, so I didn't even know who this guy was until he was on a southpark episode. I went reading into the allegations of assault, and there has never been one shred of proof ever brought against him.

Well there are two allegations of sexual misconduct. With this latest case, there is lots of evidence that he did something, but the D.A. didn't press charges because he didn't think he could get a conviction.
I don't dislike him, but I think he's an idiot. A 28 year old multi-millionaire NFL player hanging around college bars, getting an underage girl hammered, then having his bodyguards stuff her in a bathroom for his enjoyment isn't exactly smart behavior for someone in his position.
One incident would be just that...an "incident." Two incidents is a pattern.
screw ben. i hope he gets joe theisman'd this guy raped a girl and got away with it because the police screwed something up. hell the police officer in the investigation resigned the next day. the DA couldn't convict the guy, but ben is still a rapist. going to a college bar with your buddies as a pro qb is asinine.

The only thing Ben did wrong was get caught. I rape women, fight dogs and carry pistols in my sweatpants to the club all the time. I just don't shoot myself in the leg while I'm there. Simple really.
