Rookie Advice

I am looking for some basic advice on what type of cycle to use. I am completely ignorant to this community so far, so I am just looking for basic information so my knowledge base can grow so I can make an educated decision at a later date.

1) Age - 20
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat -
220~225, not sure on % but I am 6"3 with decent body fat but I am down from 260 so there is some decent hanging skin.
3) Years of Consistant Training experience -
Little to none. I've tried to get healthy but true training to get bulk, none.
4) Previous Cycle experience - None
5) Training routine and Diet -
This is one aspect where I would like to be given some advice because I don't know what I am doing yet. I am currently doing the opposite of what should be done to gain bulk I believe, a bunch of cardio and eating vegatables.
6) Cycle Goals
- I have been consistently losing weight for the past few months and I don't look good, my skin is sagging because of a lack of muscle so I want to bulk up so I can burn even more fat and get a great physique. At this point I have hit a stale point where I am trying my hardest but I can't lose any more weight.

just keep on your diet. check out the dave polumbo diet, it is working great for me right now. there is no need to start a cycle at your bf and your age. Get down to 11% or so then think about cycling there are so many more gains you can get naturally with out tapping into this. if you go through this forum you will notice there are more people that continue to use gear that make no change what so ever in their bodies. So my point beinng gear is not some magical drug you can take and make every thing perfect. Get your diet dialed in and eat the proper foods.
 
Agree with all of above said(minus bf start point)! But brother...you have to actually get your ass to a gym first. I not cracking on you but all the juice in the world ain't going to do shit unless you know how to get yourself there(lifting weights). Go get a gym membership and start banging some weights. This will also help to start trimming the fat. In a few years hopefully then you will be ready for gear.
 
I do have a gym membership and go regularly, that is why I've lost that weight so far. I didn't realize that I needed to be that low on bf %, I am probably right under 20 right now so I've got a ways to go. I can give that diet a try and see how it goes.

I am currently doing mostly cardio with light weights at repetition but I am in no means weak, if it came off that way.

My first cycle along with many others was a test e and dbol cyle not to harsh but you get the feeling of what some of these products can do for ya... then use a estrogen blocker just fro precaution just my 2 cents keep your first cycle short.
