Wanted to touch on this subject real quick since I've seen it mentioned much more often lately.

Many of us here blast and cruise so, this seems relevant.

The idea with rotating drugs is to "keep the body guessing", trying to break some type of plateu be it strength or weight up or down or, giving the body a break from more toxic compounds like tren or orals.

There's no question that this can work and I've done it myself to a degree while my strategy is a bit different.

While your test doses may change, typically the ester won't if you're still trying to achieve the same goal in body fat or weight gain. When you transition from gaining to cutting you might want to switch up a little to better suit the other drugs injection frequency to the test. Often guys will switch from longer esters like enanthate and cyp to sustanon though which, you could this consider rotating since the shorter esters in the sust might impact blood levels but, if you're already elevated this won't make a huge difference.

Something that is pretty popular is switching your second drug, whatever you're using besides test, with something that isn't the same type of derivative like a dht to a 19nor.

Let's say you're running whatever test dose and 600mg of bike chain oil (eq). If you wanted to rotate the eq out for a bit, something like npp would be a good option. Not only is it's base makeup different, it's also a shorter ester so you will still get a tad bit of overlapa bridge from the eq still in the body.

So the idea is rather simple but, what I think we lose sight of is effectiveness.

The body can only be on for so long before pretty much nothing works. You can increase, decrease, switch, jump up and down while you pin your tren or whatever you want but, at some point, you're going to lose sensitivity.

While rotation can help extend your cycles effectiveness a bit, you still need to be vigilant with bloodwork and eventually give it all a break. Besides just feeling like shit, you're not going to train, eat or sleep worth a shit of your body is toxic and, those three things are a MUST to see optimal progress. Nobody got huge by not training, eating or sleeping. And if they did, well I guess they're just fucking special.

Let's hear what you guys think. What have you tried that worked and didn't.

Nice info monte.

Myself, it is all about exactly how you labeled this thread, rotating ped's. I'm a 90% of the time trt kinda guy. When I do bump test to say 500mg I really enjoy adding in 200mg tren with it. No more, no less. I will typically run that for 8-10 weeks then switch the tren out for Masteron, usually overlapping each other for two Weeks. I also enjoy adding different orals to get shit moving at the beginning. .

I often stick to two ingredients, test and whatever. But sometimes I do enjoy adding in a little npp. Nothing revolutionary about how I go about it, just mix things up along the way and I respond rather nicely.

Bump..

Great topic and this isn't talked about often.. In fact I notice a pattern were people can make mistakes with doing compound swapping (including myself).. Switching out the workhorse is the best thing (sub out the EQ or primo with some NPP or even stenbolone), and at times even just lower test at a low-to-moderate dosage works wonders, guys often end up with such a surplus of bound test over time that is simply just doing nothing, while thinking that adding more test is the best plan.. I noticed for myself is if I just dial back on T and focus more on complimenting my test with Mast and/or proviron with attempting to FREE up test, that completely changes the game and where I was sitting.. I often see guys exchanging the idea of ratios with tren or deca with test, when in fact the ratio has nothing and does little, more test doesn't mean jack shit, free test is what changed the game..
switch things up..
Run 750 test/500 deca, switch out at 12 weeks, drop test to 250-300'ish, and mast at 200-300 along with some orals, play with that for a bit, back off the orals, keep test where it's at and toss in some NPP at 600mgs, switch up, ditch the NPP, and jack up the test and feel like a bull.. if guys wanna stay ON, cool, many of us are down, but don't waste the gearz if it aint doing anything..
