Unfortuantley I rotated my shoulder out of my socket last year resulting in me injuring my 4 rotator cuffs and being out of training from 8 weeks.

I've had a slight weakness since (not surprisingly) however was making great in roads, benching 40 kilo dumbells (as I'm only 144lbs).

However I was training with a buddy 4 weeks ago and heard a tear but like and idiot dropped the weights and trained on for 4 weeks. Now my dumbell bench has dropped to 17.5 kilos and I've now had to go for complete rest.

I'm looking fro ideas regarding training when I get back to strengthen my shoulders, any ideas would be greatfully welcomed

when you go to physical therapy and they clear you to resume training, ask them to give you ideas of what you need to be working on. An issue as like that needs special attention that someone can not give you over the internet.

Totally agree with p-funk. The rehab professional will know were you are at in your rehabilitation and will direct you in how you should proceed. I recommend being very nice to your physical therapist so they won't mind going the extra mile in helping you. Might help to find out which therapist are big into body building themselves. They will probably have the best ideas.
