I just made a little change to my routine, here it is:
monday/thursday:
Legs-Squats, or leg press-5 sets of 8
Leg extensions-2 sets of 8
leg curls-2 sets of 8
Back- Dead lifts-4 sets of 8
Front pull down-2 sets of 8
Biceps-Standing barbell- 3 sets of 8
Hammer Curls-1 set of 8
wednesday OFF
tuesday/friday
Chest-Bench Press-3 sets of 8
Incline dumbbell press-2 sets of 8
Shoulders- Military Press- 3 sets of 8
Lateral raises- 2 sets of 8
Triceps- Dumbbell extensions 3 sets of 8
Cable Pushdowns-2 sets of 8
Is this right twice a week? I noticed that after shoulder exercises, when I start triceps, got a little pain in the long head of the tricep. Any help?
