routine help (sorry)

I know these posts get old, but please help w my routine, Monday I am coming off a one week break and starting light week one then light-med week two and heavy weeks 3-6 or so.

Mon
Full squats (5x5)
Bench press (5x5)
Incline BP (3x5)
Chin-ups (5x5)
DB shrugs (5x5)
Calf raises (5x5)
Abs weighted crunches/neck work

wed.
Dead lifts (5x5)
Mil Press (5x5)
DB rows (5x5)
Barbell curls (5x5)
Abs reverse crunches/side bends

fri
Full squats (1x20)
DB Bench press (5x5)
Chin-ups (5x5)
DB shrugs (5x5)
Calf raises (5x5)
Abs weighted crunches/ neck work

too much? I just got my power rack, bench, adjustable DB's and 300lbs.+ olympic bar.I really like to workout 3 times a week but cant figure out a good full body rtn without the fear of overtraining.

I can't help you with the routine, but I can correct you idea of what is old.

This is a forum pretty much dedicated to educating people. It was built on people asking the same questions.

Never say you're sorry for asking something. If you don't know, don't feel embarrased to ask. As far as I know, everyone here is cool, and no one would flame you for asking anything. And if they did, we would beat them up.

If you are doing squats Mon-Weds and doing deads Tues you are working your legs 3 days in a row. Deads work your back but also work your hams. Why work out 3 days in a row? If you are going to do this I would recommend Mon/Weds/Fri. Also instead of doing squats twice a week why not substitute lunges
 
I don't think you will do well squatting twice a week, either your not working hard enough or your going to burn out quickly.

You could do this workout one week then swtich to somthing else the next week then back (a two week routine).
With your current routine, you'd be squatting on friday then again on monday and unless your on AS, that just aint gonna work.

I also think you could stand to drop your sets down a bit, your doing from 20 to 28 sets per workout plus ab work on top of that so you'll be working out for well over an hour, more like 2, to much I think anyway.
