Hope all had a wonderful holiday and a Merry New Year to everyone.
I am able to workout three days a week and plan on working chest and back on day one, legs on day two, and delts, bis, and tris on day three.
The question is if your working each body part one day a week, how many sets do you do for each body part. I plan on using the reverse pyramid that GP refered to in a previous post and if thats the case, I will only be able to do a max of three exercises per bodypart per week. Thats if I do a max of 7-9 sets per body part per week.
Just a little confused on exactly how to get the most bang for the time. I lift for one hour three day a week and need to maximize my time.
Let me know your throughts.
