Hi all,
I am currently doing a 3 day split.
Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Back/Bis
Legs
2 basic exercies per body part with 3-4 sets 8-12 reps.
I am thinking of removing arms for a while and sticking with the basic exercises... I am looking for strength and cutting..
what do you guys think
