I've been doing gopro's split for the past four months and when I started off I had great gains. However, onto my second cycle, i've noticed that i've had no gains whatsoever (even on lifts, it seems i've plateaued off), so i'am considering changing to something else.
My main goal for now is to reduce bodyfat and I need a new routine to follow. I've heard good things about HIT, and the Westside Barbell routine, other then that i'am lost.
Any thoughts?
