Well I decided to give bodybuilding a break and am switching gears and preparing to play Rugby again. I play 7 or 8 so I'm gonna need a good balance between speed/power.
I tried to add in as much rest as possible. I've been training body part specific for a while so the routine definately needs work. I need help working out the reps as well. I also tried to seperate overhead pulling and lateral pulling exercises. Another thing is, with plyo's I'm not sure which days or day I should do it. I'll be adding in interval training for cardio as well, and will probably aim to do this on upper body focus days in which I am not doing plyos. This is what I have worked out so far...
