I agree with kicka. Get fucked up on drugs while you are young, no job and still living at home. After years of this come to the conclusion you have just wasted your house deposit and will die before you turn 30.

This is when you should start lifting in an attempt to restore you health and stay off the crack.

Anyway, yeah its great that he's all ready to BB, but, like I said, he WONT GROW THAT MUCH, his body simply dont produce enough T yet, give him a year, and the growing will commence. Til then, like everybody said, he ought to eat like hell, and do lots of bodyweight excercises

I started lifting around your age, I think it's great that you're very dedicated. However, I think the main thing that needs to be stressed is proper form. If you want to gain weight, work on your diet, there is seriously no supplement you need at 12.
 
i use proper form
