Any and ALL email servers in the fine print do agree to cooperate with LE if illegal activities are suspected. I look at it from this point of view, LE knows why people use safe mail. I use several email accounts. I would rather be a small fish in the ocean then a small fish in a fish bowl.
Have you guys been following operation gun runner? They.....whoever "They" are will probably create, fund and use a program like safe mail to get the low down on illegal activity.
I think steroids are the least of their worries though. A guy from canada sold pot seeds and was willing to ship them to the US. He did nothing illegal as seeds are not illegal. They tracked his online system, seized a large amount of product coming in to the US and went TO CANADA and tried to arrest the guy. Of course the canadians were like GTFO. But the point remains the same. If anyone wanted your business bad enough I a sure they could have it.
