Ok...some of y'all know that I used to work as a bouncer at a night club and last year I was nearly killed by some little prick, who took a boxcutter...stuck it into the back of my neck and sliced down my face.
A lot of pain, 200+ stitches...then plastic surgury later, I am fine...still ugly...but he can only do so much...

Last week...he was due for a 0830 hours court motions hearing. 0830hours came and went, he was a no-show. The judge revoked his bond and issued a warrant for his arrest. Eventually he shows up and tried to give an excuse that he borrowed his grand parent's car that was over heating on the way down...that was why he was late. Judge said..ok...but you're bond is now 50k. The little dumb-arse ran out of the room and out of the court house! (he was apprehended shortly after)
Heh....now he's in jail....and instead of a jury trial....he's going straight to plea on 2 August...
I just found his information on the county sheriff's website...
Thinking I'm gonna make this my home page...

I'm thinking...that when the judge sentences him...I'm gonna drop a bar of soap on a rope and play 'dueling banjos' while he gets lead out of the court room...

I can understand how a scar can affect your life.
 
really? no worries...I'm mostly over it. It happened lsat August 13, 2006.
After a couple months...i went back to work...kind of like the 'get back in the saddle' mind set. It actually helped. In January, I had a throw out...that went bad. I had him pretty choked unconcious by the time I had him to the door...and that was my last night working. (If I had to get that physical w/a customer...even thogh he didn't give me any other option...it was time to quit)
I still get a little uneasy around groups of people...but for the most part, it doesn't affect me.

What was the the guy like? Race, age, economic level, etc.?

He probably worked in a meat packing place cutting boxes and wrapping meat up each day. Getting 1 buck an hour and getting put up in some farm house for free......oh wait thats the guys around this area....sorry.

the sherrifs site says the guy is 5'6", 130??? What a little piece of shit, knew he would get his ass kicked by grandmas, so he had to carry a weapon. BTW, I DESPISE people who carry weapons that aren't in law enforcement. Like you are now a tough SOB cause you have a weapon. Work hard and get strong or learn how to fight and put the weapon shit away. No respect for these people , NONE and I hope all of them die. That is all.

he's gonna need on in his new home...starting next month...I betting that he becomes a lot of guys girlfriend....about the only justice I'm gonna get...'cause I doubt he's got anything worth suing....
