i haven't been here for awhile , but i used to be an avid visitor.. anyways few months ago i apparently tore my TFCC (triangular fibrocartilge complex).. thus i had to get surgery and now i can't really lift weights for a period of 2-3 months and thus my body shape is losing its muscle really quickly and its depressing very much.
thus i am here.
i haven't been keeping track of everything recently because i felt i could pretty much eat whatever i want and make up for it at the gym so to speak but now that i can't work out i need some nutritional advice to keep what i have and reduce the amount of muscle loss and reduce fat gain..
anyhelp would be appreciated in terms
protein intake, carbs intake, fat intake..
