With a strict diet and cardio, weighttraining and all that other stuff associated with fat loss while preserving muscle and whatnot... about how long should it take to start seeing results if I just started seriously cutting about 3 days ago? I have to loose like an inch of fat (with my stomach and chest anyway.. my arms and legs are somewhat toned due to muscle but loosing that inch of fat all around would certainly help my overall look) and I was just wondering how long it will take to start seeing results because I tend to loose motivation quickly... but I'm actually gonna stick to this one so again... Im just asking for an estimate of how long it takes to start seeing results when it comes to fat loss and maybe an estimate of how long it might take to loose an inch of fat. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
