try the supplement L-Tyrosine its a amino acid ..that promotes your melanin glands to produce more melanin..it also aids in body building..do a search on the internett...i am a fair person..i have red hair and freckles..taking this supplement has made me tanner than most people i know who tan and have regular olive skin...it also help you from burning in the sun...i used to burn..i lno longer burn and can stay under the sun all day!!
