I am currently bulking , having 8-9 meals per day.....
3 of my meals consist of porridge-eggwhites-procomplex-casein-cinnamon-someoil...i love it...
i found this new product which have been using the last week...it is called Seriously Oaty thick and hearty ( new product out of Ready Brek which consisted of flour).this does not contain flour but contains added vitamins.....

my sugar levels (being checked) are well balanced...
