okay this is all i can stand of these things!! :mad:

can anyone tell me what i need to do, in order to get rid of these damned love handles, i swear to god its like the only fatty area on my body!

any help would be appreatiated... :rolleyes:
 
It happens man. My brother has the skinniest legs I have ever seen, yet has a relatively big gut. Sometimes fat just goes to all the wrong places, which it tends to do in my family.

Just eat right, work out hard, and wallah.
 
Miss a meal.

When you miss a meal, your body metabolises it's own reserves of fat.

Maybe if you eat less, your body will EAT YOUR ASS!
 
No, i'm only kidding. I just heard a dude say that in a film the other day and it made me laugh.

you cant spot reduce...just keep eating right, cardio, and lifting weights
and itll eventually come off, and
no crunches wont make them smaller

It's the worst isnt it? I don't really understand it. There are some girls whose fat just goes straight to there tits and ass, and then theres me who has none on my legs whatsoever and traces of fat in other places.

You can try a quick solution to make you more motivated. Lose water. Then you need to decide if you can cut or bulk.
 
Head over to the diet & nutrition section and start reading the stickies.
 
Do you have a strong vacuum cleaner and a sharp knife...?

If you have made the LONG-TERM committment to:

Eating healthy and exercising regularly - long-term:

I do not see anything wrong with liposuction.


If you are committed to long-term health and fitness.

thats the part of the body most men struggle with (including myself)

just be consistent and dont give up. eventually it will come off. first on is always the last to come off. if it were easy, 60% of americans wouldnt be obese. :shrug:

How long have you been training, eating right?

I have the same problem with stubborn fat, only its my thighs, and what do you know, after 11 months the fat is finally going.

I´ve really seen a difference in the last 3 weeks. I´m very lean everywhere else and I thought it would never budge.

Dude I do 6-8 hours of cardio a week and 2 hours of weights and I still have them. My abdominals and obliques are visible, I have cuts elsewhere but they are still there.

It's true what they say - diet is a big key - however if you are predisposed to store fat there (as I did from my previous weight gain) then it's going to be the hardest part. They will go away, just incredibly slowly.
 
Yes practically should just foget about it. I like putting weight on to much to try to lose some lovehandles. GET A GRIP OF YOUR SELF MAN! kidding. Someday I might decide to try to get those perfect abs. Until then bring on the weight. Oh yea Im not saying let your self complety go fat haha. I have about 10% right now, its my winter "coat".
 
While we're on the subject of blaming genetics :rolleyes: allow me.........

I, like my father and his father naturally have legs like matchsticks and any excess calories go straight to the midesction. Unlike my father (sorry Dad) who just let it happen, I decided I would change the natural course of events and promised myself I would grow those damn legs and keep the diet good so the waist would stay trim. Well it's working for the most part.
 
try some cardio is all i can suggest for burning of fat decent amount of running in regular occasions youll be surprised how much you burn of

In terms of training, I suggest doing resistance training 3-4 days per week, and cardio on the remaining days. I suggest leaving one day, at least, for rest.

Resistance training is going to be your friend when it comes to cutting fat. More muscle means you a higher basal metabolic rate. Therefore, you burn more calories just sitting there.

Workouts are best completed in the morning for optimal fat loss. Your metabolism stays boosted many hours after you finish exercising.
