I've always eaten the same foods while on keto and I was wondering if anybody had any favorites they could share so I could mix things up a little. Also, feel free to share any favorite refeed meals. Thanks all!

I have chewy protein bars sitting in the refrigerator right now so they are ready for tomorrow. Easiest thing I ever made (I'm on keto right now too):

1 scoop whey protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup almond milk
Mix it all together in a bowl, lay it out in two "bars" (or more depending on the size you desire) on some wax paper on a plate and let it sit in the fridge over night.

I used Myfusion probiotic cinnamon roll. Licked up the excess left on the sides of the bowl and it tasted AMAZING.

Woke up a while ago and tested a bar. It wasn't able to harden. I used more milk than the recipe called for, so I guess they had it right. Use only 2 tbsp milk. They used coconut and I used almond fyi

That's a great idea, I'll definitely try that out. I'm just getting so tired of eggs and chicken breast. Thanks bro!

Cottage cheese lol

Ya know, I always hear people complain about the taste of cottage cheese and how they have to mix fruit or protein powder with it "just to get it down." I have loved cottage cheese (and it's taste) since I was a kid. I could destroy an entire container of it right now if it didn't have a handful of carbs in it. Gotta shoot for that >50g, but preferably >25g of carbs though, right guys? I'm usually between 25 and 50. I've gotten really mad at myself when I go over 50, which has only been 51-53 on a couple days, and I punish myself by "working it off" for another round at the gym, and that's no good. Gotta get to sleep so I can wake up at 5am and get the GOOD workout in while the gym is empty. (<-- I'm in college so I use the schools recreation center. Too many idiots standing around in wifebeaters doing nothing but staring at the girls).

I'm rambling. Time to slam this coffee and get to work.

Stay aesthetic, bros.

Bacon and eggs :winkfinger:

I'm a big fan of these also. Haven't had them in a while. Thanks for reminding me.

They're simply delicious. Too bad the amount of carbs force me to limit myself to one per day, which is tough.

Oh, to add some more favorite "keto" foods -- steak and broccoli... smothered in shredded cheese haha

The cottage cheese I have has zero carbs though.
