Working 11pm to 7am. I hit Gym by 0730 in bed by 0930-1000am.
Up at 3-4pm. This happens until day 6. 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off workout schedule THIS MAKES WED, SAT SUN OFF DAYS. Off for 3 days but on that 3rd day I go back to work at 11pm to 7am so I'm actually awake from about 6am until next day and if I hit gym first day back I'm in my 26th hour of awakedness working out to the 28th hour then to bed. Workout typically blows, energy is for shit and strength is zapped. If I skip it then I end up going 3 straight days. Schedules sucks that go without saying, i guess i just said but im tired so fuck it. Any possible suggestions from anyone who works shift work or anyone who see's an alternative.
