Yes it is-Z wants to get all orders shipped before he takes more in. Does not want ppl waiting. Feb was terrible for problems so many reships going out. Is best that he takes care of guys that are waiting first.Standby please-Thanks-OD

Exactly unlike some he would rather clean up the orders he has instead of creating more of a congestion! Thats how you take care of business!!!
