You need to do some more research, you're not ready yet if you're asking basic questions about caber. Your diet is a huge question mark as well.

i do agree im not jumping into it i might stay off until im fully actioned on every detail pertaining to the cycle. However Im here to get your expert advise to devise my pct plan which is really important for me. Please explain to me what the best plan of action for pct for me as i know im prone to gyno.
