You need other fruits and veggies incorporated into your diet. Wake up 5 minutes earlier! "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day". Heard that before? Breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism and gives you energy in the morning. Your workout seems pretty routine, ever thought about changing it up? Throw in some lunges, wall sits, push ups, squats, go swimming, or any type of weight training. I don't see a reason to eat protein bars when you don't weight train. It's just extra calories. You could find other things to snack on: nuts, beef jerky, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, raisins, etc. . . Congrats on loosing the weight and good luck in the future.
