I?m just about to start week 3 of a Test E 2x 250mg cycle and I?ve developed some tendonitis in my shoulder. I wasn?t sure if I should pack it in and just start a pct now and give it time to heal or grind it out through the pain since I only planned on an 8 week cycle anyway. It prevents me from going heavy on the bench (at any angle) but I can tolerate lower loads/higher volumes. I?m able to do flyes pretty normally. Chins/pull ups are not a possibility and military press is similar to bench ? I can do it as long as I don?t go heavy. Nothing else (legs, deads, arms, etc.) gives me trouble.

Any thoughts you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

definitely grind through it bro! do lots of heavy twisting-jerking-type motions

Tough it through, there is something constantly hurting on me. Keep working, take your glucosamine, drink lots of water, or you could take a low dose if deca

Okay good, that's what I wanted to hear. I just wasn't sure since I couldn't go heavy if it was worth it. I actually think the adjustments I've had to make to my training are helping, maybe from a confusion perspective. Anyway I'm going long on Advil and sticking it out. Thanks fellas!

I have the same trouble brother. Find the movements you can do and roll with it!

You don't wanna put your body through the rollercoaster of going on and coming off. Cuz you know as soon as u feel better you'll either regret stopping short and try to go right back on, at least i would... You'll probably feel better in a few weeks if u keep moving it just dont kill it every time. And lots of water drink till your back teeth are floating:winkfinger:

serious answer though..

dont fucking "grind through" are you retarded? train around the injury so you recover instead of making it worse..

some people..

I should have been more clear on my prev post. I wasnt meaning that he should keep doing the exercises but there will be some other excises that will still irritate it some.

Incline hurt my shoulder and so did front squats so I said screw those. But with some movements I have no choice, if I didn't want to work any of my shoulders then I would feel no pain at all but it mostly my joints, not a flair up of tendonitus. Now when I hit arms I get horrible tennis elbow, there's been one time where I couldn't use my right arm for 2 weeks so I let it rest and I got back at it. Also have you tried any type of anti inflammatory like ibuprofen

You're going to stay a virgin if you keep raging over little things like this :coffee:

2 weeks at 250 a week? if so you can drop without pct. If you cant train hard its a waist. also when the strength increase kicks in its easy to go too heavy and injure yourself.
