3 Years ago.. The first time I started bodybuilding, I remember I experienced right shoulder clicking when doing front dumbell raises (from hips to chin level).. Since I was inexperienced in this sport, I continued training while feeling the click inside until it developed to painful clicks and I couldn't train my shoulders anymore..

An hour ago I was training my shoulders.. doing front "barbel" raises, I felt the clicks in my right shoulder with no pain.. (The front dumbell raisess were just fine)..

I'm sure my form was perferct, but what should I do in this case? Would the same exercise with dumbells be enough?

stop training shoulders and fix the imbalance that exists in your back and posterior deltoids.

Simply put, you can't do front raises. You should lay off the benching as well. Increase your pulling to pushing ratio dramatically.

Might even want to see a PT (make sure they are experienced with weighttrainees) for an assessment.

clicks

poss. warm up bu doing some warmups for your rotater cuff.
i also have shoulder clicks and with a db press i just change the angle of my press a little to get around it but warm up the cuff and you might be click free and wont tear your rotater cuff.
