I've had a shoulder injury for several months now and iv been training around it as sometimes training through the pain I just can't stand not training I'm a total iron addict now it feels like I have this tendinitis thing in my elbow on the same arm as the bad shoulder, now common sense says it's the elbow compensating for the injured shoulder... Should I just totals leave it alone as get acupuncture or something or do exercises that don't hurt the shoulder go extremely light on certain movements ect,...
