Okay here's the deal, around 4-5 months ago I injured my shoulders, although I really do not know how or when. I think it happened from heavy incline presses.
So, I stopped working my upper body for a couple of weeks to let them heal. I gradually started working upper body again, started out light, and increased weight gradually.
Basically, I stopped doing incline presses and military presses, because every time I would try them it seemed to agravate my shoulders again. Last week I felt like my soulders were 100% and I did flat bench press, heavier than I have done in around 5 months, and I did some military presses. For the last few days I my shoulders again have this dull pain, but it's weird, I only feel the pain when I do certain movements, nevertheless they feel "injured" again.
I have been injured in the past, and this injury is completely different from anything I have ever experienced. I injured muscles and tendons, but I'm starting to think maybe this is ligament damage and that's why it's taking so god damn long to heal.
Has anyone experienced something like this before? Please post any experince, opinions and/or advice. I am about ready to go see a sport's therapist unless someone here has better advice for me.
Thanks!
