Shoulders and chest workout! same or different days?

Im setting up a new training split routine.... Right now Im looking at a 3 day routine.... (or possibly 4) that is if I work shoulders on the same day as chest..... Just want to stay lean and add a little more muscle! during this time I am going to eat every 2 - 2 1/2 hours (30g carbs/30g protien) this is so I can cut cardio out and concentrate on building lean muscle....

which workout looks better

Personally I wouldn't work 4 days in a row. Do like gopro suggests, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off, repeat. But it's up to you man. I personally do chest and shoulders on mondays and it works out fine.
 
u could do 1 rest 2 rest 3 rest rest repeat

or 1 2 rest 3 rest rest repeat

ofcourse work out a is better b is not good at all ......

chest&tris/back and bis/shoulders&legs
chest&delts/back&bis/legs&tris
chest back/shoulders&arms/legs

u could repeat evey 5-6 days like what i do if u want to work out 4 times a week and vary your intensity....

day 5- Calves, Hams, quads

thanx guys for the reply's this really helps alot! I think I will go with 1 on/ 1off/ 1 on/ 1 off/ 1on off off
