Im setting up a new training split routine.... Right now Im looking at a 3 day routine.... (or possibly 4) that is if I work shoulders on the same day as chest..... Just want to stay lean and add a little more muscle! during this time I am going to eat every 2 - 2 1/2 hours (30g carbs/30g protien) this is so I can cut cardio out and concentrate on building lean muscle....
