is shrimp any good to eat for working out?

What do you mean is shrimp good to eat for working out.

Is shrimp good to eat. Yes.

For working out, LOL

I like to munch on some raw shrimp throughout my workout, I keep it in my fanny-pack.

That must really pump up those Bi's.

IainD please in the future try not to use "pump" and "Bi" in the same sentence ;)

I like me some shrimp. For some reason I've been on a seafood kick lately. Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, Lobster, Halibut, yum. You know I never really looked into whether or not the non-fish seafood like shrimp and lobster are sources of Omega-3s.

I used to cook shrimp to eat, but then I got lazy. I hate taking it out, thawing it with water, then drying the thawed shrimp because it doesn't cook as well when they are full of water, then taking off the tails, then making up some kind of garlic sauce so they don't taste like shit.

So now what? You just crunch down on the frozen shrimpcicles?

Who needs connotation?

shrimp is great for working out. I have found it to be esspecialy effective when eaten in between sets of bench press and when performing split squats.

what I meant to say is, is shrimp a good food to eat while cutting, working out, ect

moreover, is it fattening?

anything is fattening......if you eat to much of it.
