I've been taking multivitamins and every day... I eat alot more and I am always hungry... even why stomach is full.. I feel like throwing up trying to eat more. Should I stop taking them?

Just food for thought...

Are you saying the supps are contributing to your being hungry all the time? If I am reading your post correctly then I'd consider taking half the amount and see if you still feel equally as hungry. Maybe stop taking them for a day or two and compare notes.

How long have you been taking these supps? Are they micro supps meaning they're like 3-5 times the dose in one serving size? If you are just starting a supp routine i would go easy on the amount and start with half the serving size and (according to how you feel) slowly build your way up to the recommended dose.

Keep us posted

I took suppplements all last year and now im starting to take it again.. it always make me eat more.. i tried experimenting

what i dont know is.. if it's good for me

I totally understand your concern. Are you having any ill effects? Feeling tired? Do the vitamins you are currently taking have any herbs? If so, what? And let me ask when you were taking vitamins last year did you have any reactions other then eating a lot? And why did you stop then?

I am totally into how one feels with their actions. And if you arent feeling good I would either consult with the people you purchased them from or compare them to another supp line that contains smaller amounts of vitamins. It really is all about trial and error. I am flattered by the fact that you are taking note of how you are feeling and asking questions. But without seeing the list of vitamins and knowing more about you, lifestyle, genetics etc., it really is hard to say do or don't. Once again its all about trial and error. I'd be happy to go over whats in your vitamins if you like. Just shoot me the amounts of each
