Ok so ever since I started doing side laterals for my shoulders (machine not free weights) my spine started to tingle. Its like in the center to lower back and everytime I lift the pads my spine just goes crazy and it almost makes me want to laugh. I always have an urge to rub and almost scratch it as I'm lifting but once I stop doing the exercise the sensation stops. It totaly kills my whole set and lately I have been throwing in some free weight sets. But only while using the machine does it bother me, while using the free weights it doesn't happen. Anyone know whats up with me??
