Similar BCAAs taste-wise to OLD xtend?

Hey,

I've been looking and looking for so long for some OLD xtend with no results. I've tried the new one (and I know the ingredient profile is "better" but that's not what I'm after) and don't care at all for the taste.

So, I'm looking for a new BCAA supplement. I want something that tastes like the OLD xtend. I tried various other brands, but none have come close. So far, the best match was bulk stuff from Nutraplanet, but they only have like 3 flavors and it's not instantized so it mixes horribly.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I'll second the AminoX. I have that as a back up if I run out of Xtend. The Green Apple and Watermelon are g2g.

I tried the AI Red Raspberry and while I like the effect I couldn't get past how sweet it was for me. Xtend to me is also sweet but the Red Raspberry was a different kind of sweet if you know what I mean.

Have you tried all the flavors of the new Xtend?

Yeah, I've tried all the new ones. They're not *horrible*, per se, just different enough from the old ones to be worse, in my opinion. They're more "chalky" and the taste isn't quite so sharp.

I used the old Xtend ones a lot to flavor low fat greek yogurt (green apple and grape were the best!). I use the new flavors right now, but they're just not the same. That's why I'm looking for something similar to the old ones. I'll try the ones suggested in this thread, though -- thanks guys.
