Something very similar has been posted about these before, but I just ate my first one this morning. This is the quickest and easiest breakfast that I have been able to cook so far.
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 or 2 whole eggs
# egg whites to attain your protein intake goal
Sweetener(honey, Splenda, Sweet n Lo, etc.)
Cinnamon
Blend them all up in a blender and just pour it all into a hot skillet. It cooks very quickly. You can top it with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, Natural PB, or whatever you want. They are awesome.
