Site listing exersizes

Hey everyone, I plan on doing the rep range/shock/power routine, but there are some exersizes in the routine that I don't know how to do. I've searched around on the net a bit, and on the forums, but couldn't find a place that goes over proper techinque for them. If anyone knows a good site for this, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Chest Exercises - Barbell Bench Press
DO NOT TOUCH THE BAR TO YOUR CHEST (this causes unneeded stress on your shoulder joints and takes the tension away from your pec muscles, which are what we want to be doing the work!
