Now everything is tiny! i can barely read anything and I need help getting it back to normal.

every other site is fine... I am using firefox... I cannot find a zoon option... ctrl + Z doesnt work.

no problem my stupid laptop does this a few times when I use the touch pad

yup or CNTRL + the minus/plus keys will Zoom in or out.
