Does size really matter?
I am being for real, not a joke,

I have a 10" penis but from the x-rays I just had, 7.5 of those inches are internal so only a very small part sticks out. Makes me mad has hell.

Whatever you get naturally is a perfect penis size.

If you have 7.5" internal, you need to see someone about getting it pulled out. However, I call bullshit. Some men go to the doctors to have the ligaments cut to get some extra length and that only measures out to 1-2 inches extra. Either that or you need to get rid of some serious abdomen fat.
