If I could ask, anyone have any good recipes that don't take more then 15 minutes to prepare? For the skillet/pan. Fast.. not a lot of ingredients

Blackened Catfish:

Ingredients:

Catfish
Cajun Seasoning

Brush catfish with olive oil.
Coat in cajun seasoning
Throw in pan
Brown/blacken
Eat :-D.

Add vegetables of choice. :D

I have some wonderful skillet/wok recieps ( actually a whole book) but they all ask for quite a number of different seasonings... still very fast if you have the seasonings at hand.

Lemon Chicken.

Mix 1 egg white, TBS sesame oil, 1 TBS oat flour, mix this with chicken cubes, let it stand 15 min. Meanwhile boil peas, drain. Spray a skilet with live oil, take the chickenout of the marinade and stir-fry. Add boiled peas, a bit of FF chicken soup ( or a bit of water ), juice of half lemon and the other half cut in rounds, 1 packet splenda, and boil till it thickens. Eat with brown rice.

I do chicken, fish, turkey, steak and ground meat in my fry pan.

Just cut them up in chunks, spray with Pam, then throw it in the pan.

I make fried rice in my skillet. Ground beef, chicken or shrimp, egg, cooked brown rice, lite soya sauce, veggies. Just scramble it all together.
