I am glad i found a forum where I may be gettin some info about working out and such. I am 6'4, 163 pounds ....
My main goals are to get more mass around my arms, shoulders and chest, not much but just a little ...
I think im gonna buy a protein shake, does anyone know what to look for? because theres a whole bunch out there and i dont know what to look for
im hoping to start working out tonight, bout 1-2 hrs a day... 5 days a week...
i have worked out before but saw no effect on my arms.... so if anyone has info it will be muchly appriciated
