Hey,

I am glad i found a forum where I may be gettin some info about working out and such. I am 6'4, 163 pounds ....
My main goals are to get more mass around my arms, shoulders and chest, not much but just a little ...
I think im gonna buy a protein shake, does anyone know what to look for? because theres a whole bunch out there and i dont know what to look for :P
im hoping to start working out tonight, bout 1-2 hrs a day... 5 days a week...
i have worked out before but saw no effect on my arms.... so if anyone has info it will be muchly appriciated :)

Eat like an animal. I worked out hard for 2 strait months at 6'2'' and 170lbs and I hardly got any stronger because I wasnt eating.

Eating is like 70% of it for us skinny folk.
 
Hi Alexxx same height as me! When you get the muscles your height will help no end, as you tower over others...
