Skip La Cour article i just came across....

I get what he's saying. However, I feel that it is pretty much worthless because I never see anyone using form so strict that it impedes on a natural movement. That just doesn't happen. I see the opposite all the time though.

Not only that but from a BB'er perspective, using string form and focusing on the muscle(s) you are trying to work would make more sense as a controlled repetition is going to aid in hypertrophy. I could see maybe I power lifter doing something like a bent row with a little hip pop because they want to be explosive and work on coordinating movement between the hips and back. But, I don't see for a BB'er. Sounds like Skip is looking for a reason to put more weight on the bar and not look like a pussy. :p
