Hi, im new here, sorry for my bad english. I'm still learning

I'm 26 years old, 176lb @ 5' 9", 17inches arms and 29,5inch waist. Using testosterone year round. Currently on 250mg test e weekly and 100mg test p three times a week(550mg/week total)

Is this OK to run slin for 10 weeks? Should i be worried about my insulin sensitivity? I'm takin slin 6 days a week. 2-3 times daily. When started have ussed it 3 times a week for the first week Now i'm on 12iu I was planning to run slin 4weeks ON and 4 OFF with metformin through OFF's but i have a bench competition soon and want to stay on slin for 9-10 weeks I'm on it for 3 weeks now. Is this a good idea to enlarge cycle to 9-10weeks?

Ok i get it but just wondering: Let's say im a bit worried about 10weeks usage but dont wanna do long break now sooo.... Is there a point to take 1 or 2 weeks break(ofc with metformin through it) and then jump again on slin? I know I should take 4 weeks break but does i makes sense to do shorter break?

i mean; only this time before competiton. Never again and in the future will do 4on4offs

Should you run it for 10 weeks? No. Can you without permanently hurting yourself, yeah easily. I've heard you need to be running 80iu daily for quite a while before you ever have to worry about becoming diabetic. Also, as long as you're using metformin to increase insulin sensitivity, you should be okay. How much are you dosing 2-3x daily 5-6x weekly?

I'm takin 10-12iu's 2-3 times daily, 5 maybe 6 days a week. Have Apidra Solostar(3 hours lifetime, peak in 0-15mins, its faster and "shorter" than humalog) I also have metformin(siofor 500mg x 60) but not used them yet

SHould be fine. I would just make sure to come off after the 10 weeks and really work towards increasing insulin sensitivity, which you can just google.
