I heard something about this. If this is true then should I alternate every week. Slow, fast, slow fast. How fast is fast and how slow is slow in seconds and if your doing fast do you flex at the top and for how long since its fast.
No, training fast or slow doesn't make you gain fast and slow fibers. Train heavy, and if you train heavy, you should have to train slow because the more weight you are moving the more resistance you have. The more resistance you have the slower you are able to move.

slow (strength) and fast (power) training should theoretically both be recruiting fast twitch fibers. its all about force production of the muscle(s) involved, moving a light weight fast might produce as much if not more force than moving a heavy weight slowly.
