So, how did everyone eat this x-mas?

Ugly, man. Ugly, ugly, ugly.

Fried shrimp, cookies, brownies, fatty side dishes, etc. But I'm back to my old self starting today. My body DID NOT like all the junk food. Feeling lazy and tired now from all of it.

How about you, Mr. Prince?
 
Good: Turkey and turkey. Went a whole day without any tuna.
Plain baked sweet potato. Green beans.

Bad: I had a slice of apple pie after all that good stuff.

Ugly: That slice of apple pie was hiding below the ice cream.

I was really good then i was really bad then i was good again and then i stepped on the scale it it readget off me,what in the he** did you do to yourself,hey chubs want another cookie ,so with that i did 60 mins of cardio this morn,and heading back for more tonite:thumb:

Good--Turkey and some veggies.. Then I was a little bad on the side.. Had some pretzel salad.. But just a tiny bit... :)
 
i did have fun as well.thats whats its all about. but i got that quilty monkey riding on my back...get off please:D

I didn't do too bad, I stayed within reason and made sure i went to the gym to burn off excess cals every day this week!
 
I ate everything in sight and didn't gain pound :cry:
 
Considering it was Christmas I ate fairly good. Stayed away from all the temping desserts.
 
How did you eat

:rolleyes: I always eat what ever is put in front of me. Just have to be moderate, even when it tastes so good. Then stay away from the bad snacks! It takes alot of cardio work to get rid of a few bites of sweets. Always be true to yourself.
