Hey,I am in India for next 3 months.I want to put on muscles and loose man-boobs before heading back to Australia.Please explain me in "not so professional language" on how to proceed.I started using sustanon 250 and cypionate back in australia but due to certain family problems have to leave everything for long time.Now I am ready to begin again,but unsure how to proceed.
1.so please help me get a perfect body,by loosing man-boobs and putting on muslces. Any kind of selfless help would be highly appreciated.
