My weight is finally starting to level off now. I went from being 205 in August to Being 155 in november now im back around 170 and i feel great finally. Due to the massive weight loss i've experienced massive muscle loss too. As of now im creating new work out routine for size and mass again. I have a cousin who has a degree in fitness and noutrition so im workin with him to get a plan that would be best for me and a diet to help me reach my goals. But on the supplement side/facts im lost. On not knowing what to take. Theres protein but then theres Soy Protein and whey protein and i dont know whats what and the difference between them. Someone please help on what i should include in my routine to reach me goals.

Well, if you and your cousin got the diet down, then you can add a few supplements to help you reach your goals. Supplement with Whey Protein, Fish Oil, Multi, BCAA's, and a creatine product. You can go with Bulk BCAA's, or a product like Xtend. As far as creatine goes, you could purchase Bulk CEE, or a great tasting CEE/NO product such as Designer Supplements Xceed.

whey protien has dairy in it... soy does not...you can build muscles easier by using whey verses soy.

buy optimum nutritions whey protein and if u wantu can even get a casein protein for night.
