Hey guys, I haven't posted for a while, but I went to the gym for the 3rd time this week, and I've been noticing everytime I work out (bicep curls), my left arm always seems "bigger" than my right arm. It seems like it's been worked more than my right, except my right arm is always the 1st to tire, and I feel like I can lift all day with my left arm. Is it the form that I am doing with my right are that is making it harder to do and not using the right muscles or what? I don't know what to do, but my left are looks a lot bigger than my right, and I am right handed.

No one is perfectly symmetrical, it's normal for one side of your body to be larger than the other. I found when I first started lifting that using dumbbells can help equal out the strength. You may even want to try doing a few extra reps on the smaller side.

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!

Yes, its normal, I'm the same way, stronger with my left even though I'm right handed. Like prince said, use dumbells.

Just another day in the gutter
