sore 2nd day after workout

today I noticed something wierd, I seem to be getting sore the second day after working out. example I worked out tuesday morning on my legs, and just today I noticed it sore, yesterday was like nothing had happen. In my prevois months I used get sore inmidiatly the after the workout. Any ideas why this is happenning

Totally normal...don't worry about it.
 
DOMS peeks at 24 - 48hrs and then goes away. Nothing to worry about!
 
Hah! I warned one of my first time clients yesterday that she might feel more sore today (2nd day after the workout) than she did the day after. She called me today and told me she could hardly walk (exaggerating with enthusiasm, of course)

My legs still to this day feel more sore on the 2nd day after a workout, but...just the legs.

Hmm you bring up a good question..

There are countless threads on here asking/explaining about how soreness is not an indicator of ...well shit, how should I generalize...of hypertrophy? of physical performance increase? Fuck I dont know, but I am sure everyone has read them.

Anyway, what if you ARE sore; could a distinct feeling of soreness mean, well, nothing?
