I decided to switch from skim milk to soy milk, because my dad bought some and it said there was 2 grams of fiber in it. But that was his, so I had to go out today and buy my own, I picked up this fat free stuff but didn't look at the label close enough, it says thats theres 16G of Crabs in it but only 5g's are sugar with no lactose (I'm assuming that type of sugar is fine because it's natural right?) so what could be the other carbs? I know it's not starch...so is all the rest fiber?
