Sperm test resulted in no swimmers. Help!

Ray, I had conflicting information from all around. Some where telling me to run hcg+clomid while others said not to. I started the clomid immediately when I got it while my hcg was on the way. It was 17 days later it arrived at my door. I do admit I am making this harder than it should be. I am going to run the hcg when I get back home at 500iu 3x per week and follow the pct by prince. Thanks for your help.

Dammit stickman what is all the commotion about in here?!! You were supposed to run HCG for 10 days then clomid for 2 months. I mean that's it simple done. Why is there so much traffic and confusion in here?

You can't run HCG to high with the clomid or it might overstimulate and shut off LH from the Pituitary Gland. Like 250iu twice a week or something....whatever Bigmoe said is fine.

You are making this way to complicated Stick. Please for the love of god and country follow a designed protocol from now on that has proven to work over the years so you can stop stressing out and relax so your boys can comeback strong like bull. Have a nice night.
How do you over stimulate the pituitary? Any science to back that up?

Got labs done. Be a few hours before I know anything. I did testosterone Free and total and estradiol. Those won't be in until the end of the week.

I have been on HCG at 1000 ius 3 times a week for a long time now and have had great results. I went from being 0.2 to 17(my last sperm test, last week)..... having said that I went through all the doctors protocols. He took away my gear and started me with clomid, this did nothing for over three months. Then I got on HCG at 1500ius three times a week (dropping the clomid)and stuff started to come back slowly. It actually really started to come back when I was back on gear and HCG. Then I got my wife preg, unfortunately she lost it. The loss was unrelated to my situation and really was just one of those things that happens in the early stages of pregnancy. But since I have been on HCG and testosterone the best sperm test I have had is 25. Now when you get sperm your next issue is going to be sperm quality. but that s another thread.

I'm not going to give you any advice cause there is a lot in this thread. Just wanted to share my experience. you can take from it what you will.

Thank you for that and I am sorry for your loss. I am out of town for work right now but as soon as I get back I am going to start hitting the hcg hard. The longer I feel like shit the worse it is on my family. To be honest, I have become removed and I don't want anything to do with my family from the exception of my first kid. The wife and I are constantly fight and we never did this before. I don't know of if it could be the combination of complete frustration, my testosterone crashing, high estradiol levels, and the clomid..

Good info here. No reason why you couldnt be on test and hcg and be fertile.

OK guys I got my lab back.

I am better than last time being that they actually found some. Only thing is my wbc and rbc are up which is indicating a possible infection that is killing my dudes.

Skinnyguy, on an off note with the high hcg dosage you're on, do you notice any benefits from other than maintaining your fertility? Weight loss, energy boost, etc? While studying hcg I ran across the hcg diet. I don't know how they are related as I just found out about the diet.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Hcg diet is complete bullshit. You should get a decent boost in testosterone though. Youll have to manage e2 on high doses of hcg due to aromatization.

And it seems of the swimmers you have actively swimming, they are moving well. (First semen test I've ever read, interesting)

This is the first one that I have priced that doesn't cost more than $200. Today was $49

Haha it wouldn't be comparable I'm on a lot of stuff and was taking clen a little ago.

I meant work against the clomid by shutting down the natural LH production. They kind of work against each other in a few ways. I would probably just do what skinny did and run test with high doses of HCG. Stickman sounds like he's having a hard time being off test. I don't know how he's gonna muster up all the energy and desire to get the job done. This could take months of straight out fuckin.

Pics might help me understand though...:dont:

Sorry ray, no pictures. My wife's job is really scrutinized over images put out on the Web. Believe me, I am getting the job done with the energy I do have.

IIRC, there is a big shot endocrinologist who has had success with Triptorelin 1x 100mcg followed by a short period of HCG treatment, followed by a long period of Clomid treatment. There is a re-start protocol based on his success with patients. The Trip stimulates the HPTA since it is gonadotropin releasing hormone, and the HCG and Clomid stimulate the boys. So if your HPTA is not responding due to being on for a very long time, Triptorelin is supposed to really help.

But it is powerful. It should only be used 1x at 100mcg in the restart protocol

Hmm My insurance covers those. I get them for 15. Also it appears that you have swimmers now. I would go get a full hormone panel to see what your natural LH an FSH are doing as well as your testosterone before doing any HCG. It looks like your body is trying to recover. To what extent? who knows. but mine didn't do that at all. And also if your wife does IUI you should have a pretty good chance of getting her pregnant with the swimmers you currently have. bottom line is you guys need to start trying to get pregnant now. She needs to get to the doctor and see about getting clomid right after her period so that she can drop more eggs and increase the chance of pregnancy......you're on your road to recovery its time for her to start taking the steps if she really wants to be pregnant. and none of this is cheap or fun.

Skinnyguy, did you happen to see the white blood count and red blood count in my lab? I received a call from them late yesterday and they told me my fertility problem may be a urinary tract infection. Last week they had an 18 year old come in that was having the same issues as me and turned out to be a UTI. I have no symptoms of one but I have an infection somewhere that is causing the wbc and rbc to go way high.

My wife has her yearly exam this Thursday so I will tell her that she needs to ask her doctor about getting something to increase likelihood of conception.

Hmm I saw the blood counts but that would not affect you sperm count. which was the main focus of the thread before. It does however affect your sperms ability to get some one pregnant. And I agree it does mean you have some kind of infection but that is not something I could help you with as it could be anything. so the only thing to do there is work with your doc and figure out what is causing that.

As for your wife tell her to look into the following. You are low sperm count but have good swimmers this would help immensely. But she needs to get the process started Mine had to go through a number of test before she was able to proceed. Trust me the quicker she gets pregnant the quicker you can get back on test and feel good again. Also if you think you guys argued before wait till you both are on clomid....

I am kit saying you're wrong about the infection killing my sperm but from my very limited research, uti and chronic bacterial prostitis can kill sperm. Both are treated with cipro. Again, from my limited research, many doctors are testing for this before the expensive fertility treatments to verify that they do not have a uti or cbp.

And honestly if we can't conceive naturally, I don't have the money to spend on procedures like that. Having a kid is a lot more important to her than it is me. Besides, I don't want to have twins, triplets, etc....

Yes it does kill your sperm but that does not affect the sperm count. Typically the sperm are all dead any way when they do the count. basically when you ejaculate the dead sperm arent just staying in side you. They come out with the rest and in the case of my medical provider they do all the motility and everything that live sperm is necessary for in house and then send it out to quest diagnostics for all the values that you do not need live sperm for.

Sperm does not live very long out side the body that is why you have to get your sample to them with in 30 mins of ejaculation.... at least I do.

HAHA IUI is nothing compared to IVF. and in my case I have two kids but would do anything to give my wife what she wants and that is more kids. but every body has different financial situations and mine is decent so its easy to say that. If things were tighter I would probably be singing a different tune. Plus IUI though my med provider is 70 dollars. So not really unaffordable but we did have the 14 grand saved up for IVF also.
