This should make some people very upset but thats alright. I've decided ive had enough with working legs for a while.... before you start the name calling you should know that my reason is a knee that was blown out a year ago in a rugby match and all the running im doing lately has been really beating on it and i just cant handle doing a leg routine and running a few miles a day.
My question is, what would a good split be if its "not a good idea to do bodypart splits" but i need to be in the gym with the weights at least 4 days a week. I'm not a fan of doing push/pull twice a week because if i were to do that i'd probably be better to do a bodypart split anyways. i was thinking
chest/back/off/delts&traps/arms&abs/off/off.
