I was just wondering what the benefits of a split routine would be campared to a full body routine. I am also trying to fit it in with my running routine which goes like this...
Mon - off
Tues - easy run
Wed - off
Thurs - speedwork
Fri - off
Sat - off
Sun - Long run
Any help would be appreciated
